Pinkalicious Prom and Vintage Show

If you’re looking for a fun glamping event to attend, look no further than North Texas! The 3rd Annual Pinkalicious Prom and Vintage Show is next weekend – April 25-26, 2015 in Bonham, Texas (that’s north of DFW, for all you non-natives…)

The event organizer, Ashley Rae Burn, says, “We usually have between 75-100 vendors with junk, antiques, boutiques, repurposed items, and furniture. We started doing a prom as a benefit for the local children's center. People get really excited about a chance to dress up and look ridiculous, dance, eat & drink, and shop too.”

The name has special meaning for Ashley too. “Pinkalicious was named after my LOVE of all things PINK! My little trailer, my favorite color, and I grew up in a PINK house that my mother still lives in.” The theme of the event is PINK, of course, “We have a "pink" carpet entry way to prom, photo booth, and two live bands.”

Glampers from near and far are welcome, and the accommodations are great even for glampers that don’t have their own potty. “The glampers can come from any state. We have a nice area, shaded, with restrooms and showers.
